Carlisle, PA – MARTIN’S Food Markets has completed a major remodel of its store located at 400 Gateway Drive in Winchester, Virginia. The store underwent a ten-week remodel to provide customers with an expanded product selection and features for a more convenient shopping experience.

“The entire store team is excited to introduce our refreshed store to the Winchester community,” said April Richardson, store manager. “More product selection makes the store a better place to shop and with the introduction of more environmentally friendly features, it’s also a greener place to shop too.”

Winchester customers will find key departments such as produce, deli, meat, and bakery have been freshened with new décor and fixtures along with an increased variety of product. Key areas such as grocery, dairy, frozen foods and floral have been expanded.

With an eye on energy conservation, LED lighting was newly installed in many areas of the store, including overhead track lights and spotlights on specialty areas & displays. LED lights are longer-lasting and are expected to reduce wattage by half.
