Carlisle, PA – GIANT Food Stores has completed remodels of its stores located at 1600 Nay Aug Avenue in Scranton and 1550 Main Street in Dickson City. The stores underwent four-month remodels to provide customers with an expanded product selection and features for a more convenient shopping experience.

“With the completion of these two remodels, we are excited to deliver a better place to shop for our customers in combination with the everyday value, quality, and selection they expect from their GIANT shopping experience,” said Christine Bokunewicz, district director.

Scranton and Dickson City customers will find key departments such as produce, deli, meat, and bakery have been expanded and freshened with new décor and fixtures allowing for an increased variety of product. Key areas such as grocery, dairy, and frozen foods have also been refreshed or expanded.

Emphasizing GIANT’s ongoing commitment to health and wellness, Dickson City customers will find a broader assortment of natural and organic products in a dedicated section called Nature’s Promise Marketplace, which includes more than 2,500 frozen, dairy, grocery and special diet selections.
