This program assists regional, small, minority, and women owned business to develop innovative, low cost, efficient solutions that drive our mutual growth.

The department develops partnerships with regional and small businesses, minority-owned suppliers, and women-owned suppliers which enables these vendors to be a part of the kaleidoscope of world class suppliers serving our customers.
