Q: How do I get a BONUSCARD?
A: Apply online or visit the Customer Service Center of any MARTIN’S location. There is no cost and the signup process takes just a few minutes. If you apply in-store you'll receive your new card immediately and be able to use it right away. If you apply online you'll have the option to print a temporary card until your permanent card arrives in 4-6 weeks.
Q: How does my BONUSCARD work?
A: Simply present your BONUSCARD or key tag to the cashier who will scan your card or key tag at the beginning of the order to receive discounts and rewards.
Your BONUSCARD can be used in conjunction with all types of payment: ATM debit card, credit card, food stamps, or W.I.C. (where available). It does not provide a sufficient form of identification for check cashing purposes (driver's license required).
Q: Can other members of my household use my BONUSCARD?
A: When you sign-up for the BONUSCARD program, you'll get one card and two key tags with the same BONUSCARD account number. These cards can be shared by any member of your household or they may apply for their own BONUSCARD. All cards will automatically be linked together by your household address for savings purposes. Multiple BONUSCARDs registered to the same address are considered one household. Therefore, when running an Extra Rewards points promotion, all points will be earned and/or redeemed together.
Q: How can I find out the status of my BONUSCARD account?
A: You can call our BONUSCARD Customer Service hotline at 1-888-814-4268 Option 4 to speak to a customer service representative Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. When an Extra Rewards program is in progress, registered web users can view point totals online on a personalized web page.
*Please note that you may only accumulate Extra Rewards Points during designated programs which are available for limited times.
Q: What should I do if I move, change my name, or if my card is lost, stolen or damaged?
A: Please inform us of any changes with your card status as soon as possible.
You can change your name or address on our website anytime. If you prefer, you can visit the customer service center in any of our stores and we'll update your address in our records.
If your card is lost please visit your local store for a replacement. You can also call 888-814-4268 option 4 to have your information removed from your lost card and any earned Extra Rewards transferred to your new card. Please make a purchase with your bonuscard to activate it at least 24 hours prior to calling.
