Our 2012 Poison Prevention Coloring & Poster Contest was recently held in March. Open to students in grades K-6, the goal of the contest was to give children in our communities the opportunity to help reach others how to prevent accidental poisonings.

Winners were chosen in three categories:

• Coloring Contest: Kindergarten – 1st Grade
• Poster Contest: 2nd – 3rd Grade
• Poster Contest: 4th – 6th Grade

The results are in, and we’re proud to share with you the winners’ names and winning entries. In addition to receiving a congratulatory plaque, each individual winner received a $500 check for their school.
